- Listing of the Asset on WTAM Bulletin Board information platform is after Asset Listing Fee is received by WTAM. Listing is for One (1) year exclusive period. The Asset (exclude Intellectual Property assets) shall be owned by an international special purpose vehicle, a private company defined in Section 29 of the Companies Ordinance, Cap. 32, Laws of Hong Kong. The incorporation costs are included in the Asset Listing Fee.
- Professional Service Fee amounts are charged according to the size and nature of the Asset and types of services and reports require by Asset Seller and/or Asset Buyer. Professional Advisers are acting for Asset Seller or Asset Buyer.
- Success Fee is payable to WTAM upon any consideration / debt / equity / other funding is successfully raised / received by Asset Seller through the Services of WTAM. Success Feee shall be deducted from the funds received by Asset Seller from Asset Buyer / Funder. No Success Fee is charged if the Asset Buyer / Funder is sourced by the Asset Seller but a 1% handling fee is payable to WTAM.
- All Asset private placements or transactions shall go through WTAM Bulletin Board, follow the standard WTAM procedures and through WTAM's Asset and funds custody arrangement. WTAM Bulletin Board is an Assets trade information platform.
- The Terms and Fees are fixed by WTAM. They are subject to change and any changes by WTAM shall be shown on WTAM Website.
- No individual shall be admitted as Asset Seller nor Asset Buyer (exclude Intellectual Property assets). Asset Seller must be a private company within the definition of Section 29 of the Companies Ordinance, Cap. 32, Laws of Hong Kong
- After completing the Asset Listing Form, please forward the form directly to WTAM or to a WTAM Agent together with the Asset Listing Fee payment to:
